The systematic corrective action to this problem is to clean up, get organized and make this the way you do business. In other words, it is time to implement :

 

5S is systematic and organic to lean production, a business system for organizing and managing man- ufacturing operations that requires less human effort, space, capital and time to make products with fewer defects. It creates a work environment that is disciplined, clean and well ordered.

When 5S is properly implemented, it creates a visual factory that allows for quick determina- tion of the workplace status.

          '' Bago ka umalis ... kumuha nang isang minuto                    para linisin '' :))

 Alam natin kung gaano ka importante ang paglilinis sa ating buong bahay diba.? para iwas sakit sa ating pamilya , kung gaano tayo ka linis at ka responsable sa ating sarili dapat ganyan din tayo sa ating sariling pamamahay . dahil lahat nang bagay sa mundong ito ay konektado . Diyan masusukat kung sino ka at ang pagkatao mo sa simpleng paglilinis lang . Lalo na sa mga babae ,  gaya ko dapat responsable tayo sa paglilinis nang ating bahay . Hindi kailangan nang malaking oras para maglinis . kahit may 20 min. kalang sa paglilinis malaking tulong nayan sa bahay niyo , dapat din gawin niyo yan kada araw para mapanatili niyo ang kalinisan nang inyong bahay . May kasabihan nga na '' CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS '' . sa bahay natin una matutunan ang pag lilinis . may mga hakbang tayo para makatulong sa atin sa paglilinis . kagaya nang SORT ( Papagbukodbukurin ) , SYSTEMATIZE ( Isaayos ) , SHINE ( Pakintabin) , SANITIZE ( Maintain ) , SELF DISCIPLINE ( may disiplina sa sarili ) . Yang mga hakbang na iyan ay tinatawag na 5`S . Dapat e apply ang lahat nang ito sa ating pang araw-araw na gawain mapabahay man o paaralan at sa trabaho .Hindi dapat mag walang bahala lang dahil sa panahon nyagon uso na ang mga sakit . posibleng makuha ito sa sariling pamamahay natin. kaya dapat tayong mag-ingat palagi . :) 

The Meaning of 5's

These are the meaning of 5'S:

• SORT. The sorting process requires to get everything in your home up and out of the place of clutter. Probably the best thing to do here is use a 3 bin or bag system. The 3 bags to sort your clutter is 1) Throw away 2) Storage 3) Keep handy. Start with one room at a time. Quickly put clutter things into each of these 3 containers.
• SET IN ORDER. Next step is taking those containers and putting back the contents in an orderly manner. This means that everything useful has a place. Put it in a proper place that is easy to access. If it is storage use proper boxes and containers. You may find that you are throwing away most stuff in this step and have a lot of new room in your home now.
• SHINE. Now that everything is picked up and orderly here is the cleaning step. Clean everywhere in the rooms. This will get your home nice and new feeling. The fruits of your labor are really showing here.
• STANDARDIZE. The next two steps deal with making sure your home doesn't get cluttered again in the future. Standardize deals with defining the places for your Keep Handy and Storage things in your home. Use labels here to keep things organized. Color code common used items. Peg boards are handy for hanging garage artifacts and washroom items. The idea here is that all of your items have a home within the home for easy location and more importantly easy place to be set up when done using it.
• SUSTAIN. The sustain of 5S is making sure that things are kept up on a regular basis. Here you may want to jot down some daily, weekly, and monthly things that are required to keep the home in order. For instance you may want to jot down SHINE a different room on each day, or weekly chores or monthly maintenance of household heating and cooling. Write down your tasks and keep it in an easy to access place. Perhaps a clipboard so that you can track your progress.
